FobMS Networks provides an internet meta search engine that queries multiple search engines simultaneously to provide fast and easy searching of information on the internet. FobMS Networks' meta search engine is a free service that relies on other sites. Some sites may become inactive at times which limit use of our service. FobMS cannot be held responsible if such events occur.

Terms of Services and Limitation of Liability:
Information and documents provided on this web site are provided "as is" without any warranty, either expressed or implied. FobMS makes reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on this web site. However, FobMS does not make any representations as to the accuracy or completeness of the information presented on this web site. Use of this web site is at your own risk. FobMS, its suppliers, providers, advertisers and the other parties involved in creating, maintaining and delivering this web site's contents are not liable for any damages, or undesirable effects, arising from the use of this site. Account space must not be sub-leased for profit. Any user may sign up for one or more accounts. These accounts must be paid for and cannot be shared amongst other users. Violation of the sharing statement can cause fines and fees for any person who used a shared account or shared the account. Companies who have more than one individual managing their account are waived from the sharing statement. However, should it become that the company is not using the account for the sole use of the company it will be subject to fees and fines.

Unauthorized Content:
FobMS provides an advertising service for promoting an individuals or companies web site within FobMS Meta search search results. Unauthorized content is defined as content used to advertise an individual's or company's web site, product or service without written permission from said individual or company. FobMS does not sponsor or endorse accounts that list unauthorized content in our advertising service. If you are found to be listing unauthorized content in FobMS's advertising service, your account is subject to removal, fees, fees by other parties from which the unauthorized content was taken and possible legal action as dictated by local, state and federal law.

Refusal of Service:
FobMS retains the right to refuse or cancel service at our our sole discretion, without warning and without reason or disclosure of reason. If you agree to, and accept, all the terms above you may use the services which FobMS provides. If you object to, and refuse, any of the terms above, you must leave this site immediately.

Remote Access
FobMS prohibits remote access to the services of FobMS Networks unless authorized in advance. Use of spiders, robots, scripts and other tools that allow a user to use FobMS services without accessing the web site directly is prohibited.

To the extent that any other terms and conditions or terms of service conflict with these Terms and Conditions, those other provisions shall control with respect to the use of the particular web site and any products or services available on or through the web site at which those other provisions may be found.

Abuse Control
Abuse of FobMS services, resources and tools is prohibited. Any account found to be using more than their share of resources, including physical and virtual space, server resources and bandwidth can be subject to removal. Any signs of abuse should be immediately reported to: abuse@fobms.com. If you believe that you may be abusing FobMS, please contact abuse@fobms.com immediately before a penalty is given.

Violations of Terms and Conditions
Should you violate these Terms and Conditions or any other rights of Fobms.com, Fobms.com reserves the right to pursue any and all legal and equitable remedies against you. If Fobms.com should fail to enforce any right or provision in these Terms and Conditions, you agree that this failure does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision or of any other rights or provisions in these Terms and Conditions. If a court should find that one or more rights or provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are invalid, you agree that the remainder of the Terms and Conditions shall be enforceable and that, to the extent permitted by law, the court shall give effect to the parties' intentions, as reflected in any such right or provision that has been declared invalid or unenforceable.
